Our Story

LCCT Program is the first model of its kind in the country, founded by a visionary leader with extensive experience in interviewing and observing young job applicants and fresh graduates during her high-growth career in multinational corporations (MNCs). Our founder recognized a significant gap in the preparedness of young individuals entering the workforce and was inspired to create a program that addresses these deficiencies head-on.
