Cancellation Policy
1. Availability Commitment: Customers must ensure their availability on the dates of the 2-day workshop (Saturday and Sunday) as commitment to the event is crucial for the participant's success. 2. Non-Refundable Payments: Under normal circumstances, all payments made are non-refundable. 3. Organizer Cancellation: In the event that the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, all payments will be fully refundable within 14 workdays. 4. No-Show Policy: If the registered person(s) is unavailable, the seat can be transferred to another person who is available on the registered date/workshop. By registering for our workshop, customers agree to abide by these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
